The waitress caught the possible contamination of potatoes fried in non GF fryer. The potatoes in the hash had to be mashed since the cubed potatoes had possibly been fried earlier in a fryer that contained non GF flour. I ordered corned beef hash with over medium eggs. So we did return and once past the hostess found the waitress to be very knowledgeable and concerned that I receive a tasty GF meal. We walked away at that point but came back because my husband really wanted to try their hash. The front staff or hostess staff did not know what GF meant when we asked if they could do GF.
